Where we ship
We ship to addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, DC, including PO boxes. We don't ship outside the United States.

The subtotal is counted after any discount code and before tax.
How your order ships
Every order goes by Economy shipping, which usually takes 5 to 8 business days. We ship with USPS. We'll email you a confirmation when you place your order and a tracking number when it ships. If we can't ship your order within the time we've told you, we'll email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Returns
- Unused products. You can return any unused, unopened product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once the item arrives, we'll refund your original payment method.
- Opened or used products. Opened or used products can't be resold, so we refund or replace them only if they're faulty. Tell us within 30 days of delivery.
- Damaged in transit. If anything arrives damaged, email a photo of the item and the box to support@auctus-collective.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund it, and you don't need to send it back.
- The OMNIA set. You can return unused items from the set on their own. The refund is that item's share of the price you paid for the set.
How to return
- Email support@auctus-collective.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply, usually within 2 business days, with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and send them with the label.
Return shipping is on us for unused returns and for anything that arrived damaged or faulty. Original shipping charges aren't refunded. Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund your original payment method and email you to confirm.
